Collections

All tickets bought in advance can be collected from The Warren Box Office.
Please arrive onsite at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your performance to allow time to collect your tickets, find your way around and get to your seat, as latecomers may not be admitted to the performance.

The Warren Box Office is an Official Fringe Ticket Collection Point and all tickets booked through Brighton Fringe can be collected there.

Concessions

20% Student discount: with valid ID at the Warren Box Office

NHS Staff / Equity Member: 10% off the price of tickets when you show your NHS Staff Pass or Equity membership card.

Warren Card holder: get cheaper tickets every time they book at the Box Office.

Proof of concession status must be shown either when purchasing or collecting tickets.

Booking Fees

A charge of 90p per ticket (on the first 8 tickets only) applies to online bookings.
For telephone bookings a £1 per ticket (on the first 8 tickets only) applies.

No fees apply for in-person bookings.

Age

All shows are suitable for 14+ unless otherwise stated. All age guidance is advisory.

Disabled Access

All our venues are fully wheelchair accessible.
We offer a free ticket to carers and support workers attending events with disabled customers.

Group Discount

Most shows offer groups of 10 or more a 10% discount on tickets booked in a single transaction.

Terms and Conditions:
All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult after 10pm. Children under 12 should be accompanied at all times. We reserve the right to refuse admission. We reserve the right to admit latecomers only if and when there is a suitable break in the performance. Some shows may contain no suitable break.
